Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:  

Returns & Exchange during 24 hours from date & time of Reviving. 
Excluding Wigs, Masks, Masquerade, Hats and Sprays

Items must be in their original condition and packaging, and not opened either costumes or accessories for returns

Exchange is accepted only one time

Exchange on costumes applies only on same costume but different size only.
If there is no size available from the same costume they can exchange with any item with same value or higher only.

BALLOONS POLICY:
Balloons filled with helium are not eligible for exchange or return 
Once the customer leaves the store with balloons filled with helium in their original conditions it is fully under their responsibility once they leave the store, and the store has no responsibility or obligations in any conditions after leaving the store.

 

سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع:  

(خلال 24 ساعة من تاريخ الاستلام )

يستثنى من ذلك (الشعر المستعار و الماسكات و الاقنعة والقبعات والطواقي والبخاخات)

ان تكون القطعة بحالتها الاصلية وغلافها الأصلي وغير مفتوحة سواء من أزياء تنكرية وإكسسوارات للاسترجاع

الاستبدال يكون لمرة واحد فقط

الاستبدال على الأزياء التنكرية يكون فقط على مقاس مختلف من نفس اللبس
وفي حال عدم توفر مقاس بديل يتم الاستبدال بقطعة أخرى بنفس القيمة أو اعلى فقط  

سياسة البالونات:
البالونات المعبئة بالهيليوم لا تسترجع ولا تستبدل 
في حال خروج ومغادرة العميل من المعرض بالبالونات المعبئة بالهيليوم وهي سليمة فهي تحت مسؤولية العميل منذ مغادرة المعرض وليس على المعرض أي مسؤولية في أي حال من الأحوال
